This is a free 15 - 20 minute call. During this call, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and share your goals for PT. This call ensures virtual PT is a good fit for you and sets the foundation for a personalized approach tailored to your needs.
Virtual Physical Therapy Evaluation
This 45 - 60 minute virtual session allows us to dive deeper into the root cause of your symptoms. We review your past medical history, pregnancies, births, symptoms, and goals which leads into your movement screen. This gives me all the information we need to develop a customized plan of care that is catered to you and your specific goals that you will be able to access through our app !
Weekly 1:1 Virtual Check-Ins
These 30 minute virtual sessions helps us track your progress, modify exercises, review techniques, analyze movements in real-time, and continuously educate you on lifestyle factors that impact your pelvic health to optimize your progress.
Holistic Guidance with stress management, nutrition, & sleep are also vital factors in your road to recovery so we will most definitely be touching on these factors throughout your plan of care as well.
Guided In-App Workouts
Customized workouts by Dr. Ashley directly to your app. You will have a weekly calendar of workouts that will have live video demos for each exercise. You will be able to log your sets and reps so you can assure progress week to week.
